The Challenge

A large commercial office building was wasting thousands of dollars monthly cooling empty floors and lighting unoccupied conference rooms, with no centralized control.

The Solution

We implemented a Smart Grid system using motion sensors and smart thermostats.

  • Occupancy Detection: Using PIR sensors, lights and AC turn off automatically 15 minutes after a room is vacated.
  • Load Shedding: Automatically dims non-essential lights during "Peak Pricing" hours to save on utility rates.
  • Weather Sync: Adjusts indoor climate based on external sunlight and temperature predictions.
